RETURN POLICY
In case, you are not satisfied with your purchases regarding the size, the items can be returned within seven (7) working days for a size exchange refund.
Please follow these instructions if you need to return an item.
1. Email info@celiakritharioti.gr, within seven (7) working days of receiving your order and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please include item codes.
2. Returns must be sent with ACS Courier Company as instructed in the authorization e-mail that you will receive. Go to https://www.acscourier.net/en/home and find your local phone number to arrange a pick – up.
3. Returns for size for total or partial refund are accepted by our company only in case that we run out of stock and we are not able to send you the desired size in the specific item. All returns are at client’s expense. Shipment and return fees (where applicable) will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will appear on the client’s credit card statement within two billing cycles (may vary for different credit card companies). Shipment and return import fees will be deducted from the refund. Returns for size exchange are at client’s expense.
4. Items must be returned within seven (7) working days after receiving the Return Merchandising Authorization number.
OUR POLICY
When returned items must:
1. Not be worn, washed or altered.
2. Have all original tags, dust bags, extra buttons etc.
3. Have their undamaged original boxes (accessories).
4. Be neatly packaged in order to ensure safe delivery.
5. Contain the printed e-mail of return authorization.
